These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
9.2 Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Perth, Australia, under the rules of the Australian Centre for International Commercial Arbitration (ACICA). The arbitrator's decision will be final and binding, and judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.

IOOKI reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on our website and updating the "Effective Date" above. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
11. Termination
IOOKI may terminate or suspend your account and access to our services at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.
